Full Day Session - £70.00

AM/PM Session With Lunch - £50.00

AM/PM Session No Lunch - £45.00

Full Time - £1,302.00

Fees are to be paid one month in advance and are due strictly on the 1st of each month.

Admission

We’d love to welcome you and your child at The Den Early Years.

The nursery uses a standard monthly payment system. Fees are calculated over a 49.6-week year. Please note, a late payment fee of £10.00 will be applied if payment is not received on time. To secure your child's place, a non-refundable £100 administration fee is required. This one-off fee covers the general day-to-day administrative costs for your child throughout their time at the nursery. If you require additional administrative support - such as passport verification or similar requests - an extra charge may apply.

We usually review our fees once a year, but we'll always give you at least one month's notice of any changes.

Helping you pay your Childcare Costs

You can get help with childcare costs for children under 18.

You might be able to apply for:

Help while you study

You can claim the childcare element for the costs of Care Inspectorate registered childcare you pay for, but you can only claim for the amount you actually pay out. You cannot claim for costs covered by any government grants, including vouchers, or education funded grant.

Please be aware that the legitimacy of Universal Credit claims is checked by the Inland Revenue. In addition, the nursery has a duty to report any known fraudulent claims to the Inland Revenue, this includes non payment of fees.
